Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in a few limited ways:
- Contact form. When you use the contact form on our site, it opens a pre-filled message in your own email app and sends directly from your email address to ours. We do not operate a server that stores or processes this form submission — your name, email, subject, and message are only ever transmitted through your own email provider.
- Phone and email correspondence. If you call, email, or schedule a free consultation with us, we collect whatever information you choose to share — typically your name, contact details, and information about your military service and current medical conditions relevant to evaluating whether we can support your case.
- Payment information. If you move forward with our Nexus Letter Package, payment is collected entirely through Stripe's own secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card number, and Stripe may separately collect your name, email, and billing address to process the transaction and comply with its own legal obligations. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
2. Medical and Service-Related Information
To evaluate your case and prepare a Nexus Letter, we may ask you to share medical records, service treatment records, or a description of your current conditions. This information is used solely to assess your case and, if we take you on as a client, to support a licensed provider's review and preparation of your Nexus Letter. We do not sell this information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the limited group of people directly involved in preparing your letter (for example, the licensed provider reviewing your case) without your consent, except where required by law.
We are not a covered entity under HIPAA, but we treat any health information you share with the same level of care and confidentiality, using reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiry and schedule your free consultation;
- Evaluate whether we can support your case before you pay anything;
- Prepare, review, and deliver your Nexus Letter(s) if you engage our service;
- Process payment and send you order confirmations or updates; and
- Communicate with you about rewrites, follow-ups, or other matters related to your order.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run our website and business:
- Google Firebase Hosting — hosts our website. Firebase/Google may log standard technical data such as IP address and browser type as part of normal web server operation.
- Google Fonts — loads the typefaces used on our site from Google's font CDN.
- Stripe — processes payments for the Nexus Letter Package, as described in Section 1.
We do not currently use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.
5. Data Retention
We keep information related to your consultation and order for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our service, maintain accurate business records, and comply with applicable legal, tax, or accreditation requirements. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time (see Section 7).
6. Children's Privacy
VeteranClaimPro's services are intended for veterans and are not directed to, or intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
7. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request that we delete it, at any time by emailing info@rampartdigitalgroupllc.com or calling (346) 233-4878. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days. Note that Stripe retains payment records independently in accordance with its own policies and applicable law.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our services evolve. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our site or services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
